Welcome to the next of a regular series of updates, intended to keep you informed of the progress being made on the Diocese of Buffalo’s Road to Renewal.

The pastoral plan is the strategic plan for the Family of Parishes that will define goals, strategies, outcomes, and methodology for reaching a vibrant future with vitality and fiscal responsibility.

 

The Pastoral Plan will be strategic for short-term and long-term planning for the family with clearly identified attainable outcomes.

 

The six pillars that the pastoral plan will address include liturgy, administration, forming disciples, spiritual life, outreach and in reach, and stewardship.
